Shuttle Service

The National Conference Center provides shuttle service to/from Dulles Airport at $20.00 per person, each way. Please make your reservation for shuttle service 72 hours in advance of your arrival date. The shuttle schedule is based solely on transportation request received. Requests can be made online at www.conferencecenter.com/transportation.cfm

While on-site, the Front Desk can arrange for transportation to any off-site locations. Rental cars can also be arranged through the Front Desk or Concierge Office.

Parking

Complimentary on-site parking on Lots A and B is available for all conference attendees.

Conference Center Access

Please note: On the first day of the meeting, all local meeting attendees must present a government issued photo-ID to the security guard to gain access to parking lots A&B. The guard will confirm you are registered for the symposium against the attendee list then provide you with a parking pass to place on the dashboard of your car. You will then board a shuttle bus that will take you to the main entrance (West Building) where you will be required to check in at the Reception Desk to receive your name badge. All symposium attendees must wear the name badge throughout the symposium dates.

From Dulles International Airport: $40-$45 one way
From Reagan National Airport: $85–$95 one way.
